5 o clock get a call to go blading at the skate park down by the mall… Hold on now, Nick said what??
the My Life As A Teenage Robot theme song is a bop and you can't tell us otherwise — Nickelodeon (@Nickelodeon) November 13, 2019
I think people missed this one, this response feels like Nick is finally listening to us…
So welcome to my life (as a teenage robot 🤖 ) — Nickelodeon (@Nickelodeon) November 14, 2019
Hi there, just popping in to your average day to bring back up a subject that Nick has ignored since they allowed it to die in the first place. My Life as a Teenage Robot. My Life as a Teenage Robot was a brilliant series. Which I’ve already made quite clear.I’m saving the major points of why it was indeed a brilliant series for a near-future video. Though with the issues YouTube is facing lately, we may want to find another service to upload to. Even so, the video included in this article was brilliantly made and Planet Robot is hopping on the bandwagon to use the Hashtag as described.
Netflix and Nickelodeon have formed a multi-year deal to produce original animated feature films and television series, based both on the Nickelodeon library of characters as well as all-new IP — Netflix Queue (@netflixqueue) November 13, 2019
So, Nick has finally started listening to us? Could be. All I can say for sure is that with the help from Netflix, some classic shows are returning.. Some returns are long overdue. This hashtag has the complete support of planet Robot, in hopes that within the next year or so we hear some news regarding a revival of the series.
Now with this information, I should also voice some concerns. With a reboot of any kind, there’s bound to be new voice actors, updated art styles and even changes in story that could possible bother hardcore fans. This isn’t new to any series. Such as the Power Puff Girls or the announced remake of the series Animaniacs, where the original voice actors that made the series iconic were never contacted to come back for the new series.
The biggest mistake I believe a new Teenage Robot show could make, is not bringing the original show’s creator, Rob Renzetti to direct it in its return. Hopefully this isn’t a mistake that Nick is foolish enough to make, but then again they have had a poor run of making their current shows on the actual Television Network. And Spongebob is still getting movies…
